These Terms govern your use of riptideon.com and any purchase you make through it. Browsing the site or placing an order constitutes your full acceptance of these Terms.

Minimum Age: Purchases are limited to individuals aged 18 or over. If a younger person wishes to order, a parent or legal guardian must be aware of and consent to the purchase, and assumes full responsibility for it.

How We Present Products

• Photos, descriptions, dimensions, and ingredient or material details on the site are intended as a helpful guide, not an exact specification.
• Screen calibration varies between devices, so actual colours or finishes may appear slightly different once a product arrives — this is not a fault.
• We aim for accuracy across the catalogue but cannot guarantee every listing is entirely free of typographical errors or minor inaccuracies.

Stock Availability

• Stock levels change in real time; we may adjust available quantities or remove a listing without advance notice.
• If something you have already paid for turns out to be unavailable, we will contact you promptly to arrange a refund or offer a comparable alternative.

Pricing

• Prices are displayed primarily in USD; other currencies may be shown for reference where relevant.
• Listed prices include applicable statutory taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Delivery charges are calculated automatically and confirmed before payment is completed.
• Because some orders ship from outside the EU, the destination country may apply import duties or VAT on arrival — these are not included in our checkout price.
• We may update product prices at any time; the price shown at the point of placing your order is the price you will be charged.

Payment

• Payment is collected once you submit your order.
• We accept major debit and credit cards as well as PayPal.
• We do not store your full card details on our servers; all payment data is transmitted through encrypted channels.

Checkout Steps: Add items to your basket → Proceed to checkout → Enter accurate shipping and billing information → Review your order summary → Complete payment → Receive an order confirmation.

Confirmation & Our Right to Decline: A binding contract of sale is formed once we send you an order confirmation. We may still cancel or decline an order if we identify a stock issue, a pricing error, or signs of fraudulent activity; in such cases, we will notify you and refund any payment taken.

Accuracy of Your Information: You are responsible for ensuring that the delivery and contact details you provide are correct. We cannot be held liable for delays or failed deliveries resulting from inaccurate information submitted at checkout.

We ship to Romania, other EU member states, the UK, and select destinations in North America. Our Shipping & Delivery policy sets out the full country list, processing times, transit windows, and how customs duties apply to orders dispatched from outside the EU.

If you are an EU consumer, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days without giving a reason. To cancel, email getinfo@riptideon.com with subject line Order Cancellation – [Order Number], including your full name, order number, and purchase date.

Exceptions: custom-made or personalised items; perishable goods; hygiene-sensitive items that were sealed and have since been opened.

Under EU consumer law, products purchased from us carry a 2-year legal guarantee of conformity, entitling you to repair, replacement, or a proportional price reduction if an item proves to be faulty. Please refer to our Returns & Refunds policy for guidance on how to report an issue.

If you are unhappy with your order, our service, or anything in these Terms, please email getinfo@riptideon.com with the subject line Complaint – [Order Number]. We will acknowledge receipt within 48 hours and aim to provide a full response within 7 business days.

• Refrain from interfering with the site’s operation or attempting to access systems you are not authorised to use;
• Respect our intellectual property and that of third parties.

All images, product descriptions, logos, and layout elements on riptideon.com are the property of APEXRISE S.R.L. and are protected under applicable intellectual property law. Browsing, printing for personal use, or sharing product links is welcome — anything beyond that, including scraping or commercial reuse, requires our prior written permission.

You agree not to use the site for any unlawful purpose; to solicit unlawful activity; to violate applicable laws or regulations; to infringe intellectual property rights; to harass or discriminate against any person; to submit false or misleading information; to upload malicious code; to collect personal data without authorisation; or to interfere with the security or integrity of the site. Violations may result in immediate termination of your access.

• We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses connected to your use of the site or our products;
• Our total liability on any given order is capped at the price you paid for the relevant product;
• We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events genuinely outside our control.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any consumer right you are entitled to under applicable law, including EU consumer protection rules that cannot lawfully be restricted or excluded.

• Natural disasters (floods, earthquakes, storms);
• War, terrorism, or civil unrest;
• Government actions or restrictions, including customs or export/import controls;
• Pandemics or epidemics; strikes or labour disputes; supplier or carrier failures; technical or system failures.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania. If you are an EU consumer, you may bring legal proceedings either in the courts of your country of residence or in the courts of Romania, at your choice.

EU consumers may also seek resolution via the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

The collection and use of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the site after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
