These Terms apply to all visitors, customers, and users of the Site. We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time by publishing an updated version on this page. Continued use of the Site after any such update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
Restricted Areas
We do not ship to, or provide services for, individuals or entities located in countries or regions subject to comprehensive sanctions imposed by the US government. Restricted jurisdictions include, but are not limited to: Iran, Syria, North Korea, Cuba, Russia, Belarus, Venezuela, Myanmar, Haiti, Somalia, Yemen, Zimbabwe, Liberia, the Central African Republic, the Democratic Republic of the Congo, and the Crimea, Donetsk, Luhansk, Zaporizhzhia, and Kherson regions of Ukraine.
Orders with delivery addresses in restricted areas will be automatically cancelled and refunded. By placing an order, you confirm that you are not located in, nor a resident of, any restricted area, and that you do not appear on any US government prohibited or restricted party list.

We reserve the right to decline service to any individual at any time and for any reason. You acknowledge that non-payment-related content may be transmitted unencrypted across networks. All credit card and payment data is encrypted during transmission. You may not reproduce, resell, or exploit any part of the Service without our express written consent.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

These Terms remain in effect until terminated by either party. We may terminate your access to the Service at any time, without notice, if we determine that you have violated any provision of these Terms. All obligations incurred prior to termination shall survive.
Section 17 – Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with any policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and APEXRISE S.R.L. regarding your use of the Service, and supersede all prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.
Section 18 – Complaints & Warranty
We stand behind the quality of every product we sell. If you experience an issue with your order, we encourage you to contact our customer support team as a first step.
How to Submit a Complaint:

- Include a description of the issue and, where applicable, supporting photographs
- Our team will acknowledge your complaint within 3 business days and work toward a resolution within 14 business days
Quality Warranty Coverage:
All products sold through Riptideon are covered by a quality assurance guarantee. If your item arrives defective, materially different from its description, or is damaged in transit, we will offer one of the following remedies at our discretion:
- Replacement of the affected item at no additional cost
- A full or partial refund to your original payment method
- Store credit, where agreed upon by both parties
Warranty claims must be submitted within 30 days of the confirmed delivery date. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, unauthorized modification, or normal wear and tear.
Section 19 – Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer located in the European Union or another jurisdiction that grants statutory withdrawal rights, you may have the right to cancel your order within a specified "cooling-off" period without providing a reason.
Cooling-Off Period: You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of the date on which you, or a third party designated by you, takes physical possession of the goods.
How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal:
- Notify us in writing before the withdrawal period expires by emailing getinfo@riptideon.com with the subject line: WITHDRAWAL REQUEST – [Your Order Number]
- Include your full name, order number, and the item(s) you wish to return
- We will confirm receipt and provide return instructions within 3 business days
Conditions and Exceptions:
- Items must be returned in their original, unused condition and packaging
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrectly sent
- Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, using the original payment method
- The right of withdrawal does not apply to customized or personalized items, sealed goods opened for hygiene reasons, or digital products that have been accessed
Section 20 – Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
Applicable Law:
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Romania, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Where applicable, EU consumer protection regulations shall also apply to consumers located within the European Union.
Dispute Resolution Process:
- Negotiation: Contact our support team at getinfo@riptideon.com. We will make every reasonable effort to resolve the matter amicably within 30 days of receiving your written complaint.
- Mediation: If direct negotiation does not result in a satisfactory resolution, either party may request mediation through a mutually agreed-upon mediator before pursuing formal legal proceedings.
- Litigation: If mediation is unsuccessful or declined, disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Bucharest, Romania. EU consumers may also seek resolution via the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
Section 21 – Changes to Terms of Service
We reserve the right to update or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page. Continued use of the Site following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
