Your total delivery time consists of two distinct phases. Please allow for both phases when estimating when your order will arrive.

① Internal Order Processing Time
Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, our team begins the internal fulfillment process — including order verification, quality inspection, and secure packaging.

During peak seasons or high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer. We appreciate your patience.
② Average Shipping Transit Time
After your order has been processed and handed off to our shipping carrier, estimated transit times by region are as follows:

Transit times apply to in-stock items only. Delivery to certain remote regions may require additional time.
🛡️ Shipping Protection
Standard Insured Shipping: All orders include shipping insurance. In the unlikely event that your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost to you — provided sufficient evidence is submitted.
Priority Insured Shipping: Your order is prioritized within our daily dispatch queue. While this option reduces internal processing time, actual transit durations may remain comparable to standard shipping depending on carrier capacity. Insurance coverage is included.
📬 Order Tracking
A tracking number will be issued once your order is dispatched. Please note that tracking information may take 3–7 business days to activate and reflect accurate updates. For real-time tracking, we recommend using 17track.com.
Note: Some orders may ship from multiple warehouse locations and arrive in separate packages at different times.
✏️ Order Modifications
If you need to amend your order (e.g., size, color, or shipping address), please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at getinfo@riptideon.com. Once an order has been dispatched, modifications can no longer be accommodated. Please review your selections carefully before completing checkout.
